Information:
- Smoking
is permitted on outdoor decks and balconies.
- Children
over 12 are welcome.
- Pets…we love them…but
we have chosen a no pet policy since many people have allergic reactions
to our furry friends.
- Check-in time is between 3pm
- 9pm (or by prior arrangement)
- Check-out
time is 11am…you are welcome to use common rooms, decks and
outdoor areas after your check out time.
- Forms
of Payment: VISA / MC / Discover / or Cash
Deposit
Policy: A deposit in the amount of one night stay (including
taxes) or 50% of your total booking amount (whichever is greater)
will be charged to your credit card at the time your reservation is
confirmed.
Cancellation
Policy: In the event you cancel your reservation more than 14
days prior to your arrival date you will receive a full refund in
the form of a transferable Gift Certificate for a future stay or
a refund to your credit card less a $25.00 processing charge. If
you cancel 14 days or less prior to your arrival date, the same refund
options are available only if the reserved room(s) can be re-booked.
If the room(s) cannot be rebooked, the deposit is fofeited, since
the room was held in good faith. No shows or cancellations under
72 hours will be charged the full reservation unless the reserved
room(s) can be rebooked. |
